Welcome to Commonwealth Biomedical Research, LLC., an independent, full time dedicated clinical research company. Founded in 1994, Commonwealth first began as a medical writing and consulting business to the pharmaceutical industry. In 1998 Commonwealth began performing human clinical studies and has participated in more than 300 outpatient and hospital inpatient studies. Commonwealth Biomedical Research is located in Madisonville, Kentucky centrally located within 50 miles of southern Indiana, southern Illinois and northern Tennessee. Commonwealth has more than 7500 active patient files. Doctor Wittmer's family practice sees about twenty to thirty patients a day of which many choose to participate in our clinical trials.

Our clinical research study volunteers come to Commonwealth Biomedical Research from the surrounding cities of Evansville IN, Henderson KY, Owensboro KY, Hopkinsville KY and of course Madisonville KY.
