1. Asthma - Men and women ages 18-65 who are non smokers for 12 months with mild to moderate asthma.

2. Gallstones - Men and women ages 18-65 with no symptoms.

3. Hypertension - Conducting research on an investigational medicine for individuals with hypertension and elevated blood glucose levels but not taking diabetic medication.

4. Diabetes - Men and women over the age of 18 who are currently taking Metformin (also known as Glucophage).

5. Osteoarthritis of the Knee - (Two studies) Patient must have radiographic evidence of Osteoarthritis. One study is long term while the second is a short term study.

6. Fibromyalgia - (Two trials) Patients who participate in the trial are eligible forstudy related medication for 15-months.

7. Diabetic Neuropathy - (Two Studies) Painful diabetic neuropathy research for male or female with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes.

8. Weight Loss - Are you overweight? CWBR is conducting a long term weight loss study and looking for non diabetic volunteers.

9. Insomnia - Do you go to sleep and then wake up? We are conducting a 15-month trial on a new medication for sleep.

10. COPD -3 month Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease study of investigational medication for COPD

11. Rheumatoid Arthritis - Men and women who are taking methotrexate for RA but still experienceing symptoms.
