1. Hypertension - Conducting research on an investigational medicine for individuals with hypertension and elevated blood glucose levels but not taking diabetic medication.

2. Diabetes - Men and women over the age of 18 who are currently taking Metformin (also known as Glucophage).

3. Osteoarthritis of the Knee - (Two studies) Patient must have radiographic evidence of Osteoarthritis. One study is long term while the second is a short term study.

4. Fibromyalgia - Patients who participate in the trial are eligible for study related medication.

5. Weight Loss - Are you overweight? CWBR is conducting a long term weight loss study and looking for non diabetic volunteers.

6. Insomnia - Do you go to sleep and then wake up? We are conducting a 15-month trial on a new medication for sleep.

7. COPD -3 month Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease study of investigational medication for COPD

8. Flu - Participate in Flu study and receive free study related medications and exams for duration of study.
